Certified Organic White Sorghum Flour is a popular gluten free alternative to wheat flour. It is light in colour and texture, with more of a sweet flavour, making it perfect for baking with. Any recipe that contains wheat flour you can substitute with Sorghum, cup for cup. As Sorghum doesn't contain gluten you will need to add a binding agent in your baked good recipes, such as: eggs, Organ No Egg Egg, Xanthum gum or some sort of starch.
