What is Semolina ?
Lotus Course Semolina flour is made from premium hard type of durum wheat. During the milling process, the bran and germ are removed leaving the coarse starch pieces behind. This is then finely ground to produce a soft medium course form of semolina which is used for breads , pasta , porridge or pizza It is rich in protein and is free of GM ingredients. Semolina is tasty, filling and full of protein to keep you sustained for longer.
After opening, reseal bag and store in a cool, dry place.
