LOVE BOB'S FLOUR
By: Kim on 29 July 2022I have Coeliac disease and have tried many gluten free flours and Bob's is the best. It tastes like normal flour, bakes like normal flour and you can substitute it in most recipes cup for cup. I usually use the all purpose flour and throw in baking powder to make it self raising but sometimes I forget.
