Walnut oil is one that isn't as commonly used in cooking because when its heated it turns bitter and loses its antioxidant. Its a slightly more expensive oil to buy due to the extraction process but is oftne used in marinades, dressings and sauces.
It has a lower smoke point (160C) similar to pumpkin seed oil but regardless of the fact that it isn't well suited to cooking, it has a fair few health benefits. Walnut oil can help reduce inflammation, can boost skin health and help lower blood pressure.
